Why are donations important to us here at Higglety Pigglety Farm Rescue?
Donations are the lifeline of all animal charities, without donations we cannot help the many hundreds of animals that come through our doors each year. For Higglety Pigglety it is possibly even more important for us to recieve donations because we do not have revenue from re-homing because we do not re-home the farm animals due to the stress and uncertainty these creatures have in their lives.
So how much does Higglety Pigglety cost?
For food and bedding it costs us approximately £340 per week and we get this by going out fund-raising most weekends, but we always can do with new pens, equipment or just treat for the animals like apples, banannas etc.
So please if you can, why not donate something today for us to use on the animals - remember we have no wage bill because we are all volunteers, so what you give we give back to the animals!
